Different roles / responsibilities to do for ie: (1) Sending quotation to our customers.(daily max 2-3) (2) Printing via computer if necessary. (3) Keep & update our ledger/accounts as per invoices been issued and so on. (4) Field work: includes dispatching/bilti our items to different ‘adda’ ie: bilal travels / sky ways etc (just 5mins, near to us). (5) sometimes need to go market with US for purchasing raw material as help. Skills Needed: (1) Computer knowledge with ‘ WORD + EXCEL ‘ (for quotations and ledger) (2) Qualification: At-least intermediate. (SHOULD Know ACCOUNTS to handle our ledger) (3) Moderate ‘ENGLISH’ will be a plus as we need someone who can communicate with our clients/COMPANIES via email.
