Office assistant is responsible to assist admin department & Training Centre, which mainly general administration and hostel management. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Keeping and maintaining requisition and bill along with necessary voucher / Support. Proper record keeping and maintaining file & folders in Hard copy for each activity. Maintain Vehicle logbooks. Facilitate the photocopy of all official documents from each department. Timely follow and purchase the training material for practical trainings. Purchasing training material for trainees. Time to time follow-up the building maintenance. Timely depositing all utility bills into bank. Responsible to prepare requisition for purchase of items and other work. Hostel Management. Responsible for daily hostel attendance. Responsible for boarding Students pick and Drop. Maintain students record. Any other task assigned by supervisor Views: 3
