Basic Information: salary range: 50000 to 70000 shift timing: morning who can apply?: both (male or female) posting expires: 31-03-2018 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • HR is duty is to do recruitment, take interviews. • Hire the best person for the job. • Training employees for job new to them. • Make instruments to measure efficiency and effectivity of employees. • HR is duty or responsibility to guide people about their rights and laws related to health, safety, work hours, salary and equal employment opportunities. • HR is duty to direct the work of subordinates and is responsible for accomplishing the organization‘s tasks. • HR is duty to coordinate Personnel activities. • Develop compensation plans and handle the employee benefits program. • Advice management on all aspects of union management relations. EDUCATION,ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: • He or She must have qualification of BBA (HRM), or MBA (HRM). • He or She have experienced of 1 years or fresh candidates can also apply. • He or She must have knowledge of laws related to company and employees. • He or She must have knowledge of procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training. • He or She have ability to plan compensation and benefits for employees. • He or She must have ability to maintain or strong relationship between union and management. • He or She have knowledge of business and management related to leadership techniques, strategic management and planning, resources allocation, coordination of people and resources. • He or She have ability to motive by realizing how they are valuable to company, develop, and direct people of company. • He or She Have ability to listen carefully and patiently what others saying and ask question if necessary. • He or She must have skills of using software like, excel, word, etc. ADDITIONAL NOTES: If you are interested and meeting the above criteria please email your CV mentioning the job title in subject line E.g.
