Description: The Account Manager is responsible for key accounts, establishing effective long term relationships and ensuring they are receiving excellent customer service. This position also for local and oversees an account team that will manage the relationships of small to large-size accounts. The Account Manager will represent the entire range of services to key customers, ensuring customers needs and expectations are met. This position is expected to have a solid understanding of all of offerings, including wholesale liquor, special orders, regulatory and licensing requirements. The position is the primary point of contact on matters involving wholesale ordering from the Distribution Centre (DC) and acts as a key interface between the customer and all areas of distribution.
