The mm f/ II DC OS HSM Lens for Sigma Digital Cameras offers an "all-in-one" super-zoom lens solution, from wide-angle to long telephoto. It provides the 35mm format equivalent focal range of approximately mm when used with a Sigma digital SLR camera with an APS-C size sensor. This lens has the OS (Optical Stabilizer) system, which minimizes image blur caused by camera shake, and offers the equivalent of shooting at a shutter speed 2-3 stops faster. This allows handheld telephoto zoom shooting even in poorly lit conditions. It also includes a Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) for quiet, high-speed autofocus.
