Rooms are carpeted and UPS available and each guy will get single cupboard.Sharing will be among 2 or 3 boys. Kitchen is available. There will be no arrangement for mess but if someone is interested, cook will be available and guys can manage mess by themselves. This house is part time academy so only one requirement is that the rooms must be fully free from 3:00pm to 6:30pm and personal stuff and belongings must be placed in cupboards, So academy work can go on smoothly. Best place for students because they can join classes among academy hours or those job holders who are busy among 3 to 7. rest 20 hours rooms will be free for use. Residents will have to pay one month advance and one month as security. and one thousand will be registration fee.
