The role of the SEO Specialist is to help build company's online position and help drive future growth. This role will be responsible for assisting the Search Manager implement an online strategy in order to achieve their overall business goals and online marketing vision. As a SEO expert you must have: • 3+ years SEO/SEM/PPC experience working in online content management with strong SEO background. • Expertise in online publication and writing conventions • Experience with basic writing and editing of HTML • Experience formatting and publishing web content • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Self-Starter with the ability to quickly learn, influence others and drive change • Demonstrated experience within an agency environment • Ability to work and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Experience of working in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth organization • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices • Utilisation of organic search methods and white hat techniques • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - there will be a written questionnaire to complete prior to interview that will assess your skills in this area • A basic-intermediate understanding of web technologies - HTML, CSS, PHP etc. Responsibilities: • Search Engine Optimisation Working alongside the marketing and content teams, you will play an important role in generating content ideas that are useful / likeable / shareable / relevant then taking those ideas from inception to execution • Build new links from relevant, high authority and high ranking websites with the right anchor text mix • Work with the offline marketing team to develop link bait content • Monitor monthly keyword rankings vs. Competitors • Research keyword opportunities monthly and provide an action plan • Quality content creation Produce a monthly report of all SEO online activity Experience: 3-5 years Salary 50,000 - 80,000 Views: 496
