SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN AT YOUR DOORSTEP, KARACHI IN KARACHI

We are introduced Special Self Defense program for women in Karachi.  From a school going girl to a typical housewives or working girl anyone can learn & train a set of Defensive techniques. The six month Female Awareness self defense course is designed to make you more stronger, get prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life. I believe attacks begin before it becomes physical, we teach how to avoid the attack altogether. It is a program to give you confident to face any unwillingly situations. Core main features are: Self defense Theory & Application Blocking techniques against punches & kicks Striking techniques using your punches & kicks Conditioning & Power Training along with Power Stretching Counter-acting exercise and pair sparring Flexibility training, stability training & endurance training hold-grip techniques One step/Close fighting techniques As, we've practiced that normally women's are being hesitated to come to club/school for training that's why we're offering special training at your home if you've enough space for this. If you want to take training at your home and you can make a group of min 3 to 5  lady members in this case fees can be reduced.
