Selection will be based on the personal interview. Selected candidates will attend a basic training course. This job is purely on commission basis but in some special cases the agency office may offer salary and other facilities. The average earning is around Rs. to per month or even much more than this. After 2 years and achievement of required targets, Sales Representative will be promoted as Sales Officer and after 2 years as sales manager.
