Pros High gain, replacable antenna, higher gain with drivers. Cons I think it has bad drivers. I had problems connectiong with LAN and Wlan after uninstalling drivers. Maybe it is beacuse of the routers. Summary I like this product. I could reach to networks I have never seen before. Replacable antenna is also a boon.
