The keypad consists of 5 keys — select, up, right, down and left. To save the digital IO pins, the keypad interface uses only one ADC channel. The key value is read through a 5 stage voltage divider.

This is a Shield that plugs directly on Arduino for lots of functionality with no additional wiring. It has a Parallel LCD display that works with the standard Arduino LCD Library (with correct pin definitions). It has 5 pushbuttons that use only one Analog pin, with a supplied library to return button presses.
