Position Type Full-time Experience 2 - 4 Salary Range Rs - Rs Monthly Type Engineering Civil Project Executive (Civil) The Project Executive (Civil) is responsible for the overall supervision of commercial, retail, municipal, and various other civil design projects. The underlying focus of the Project Manager should be providing the utmost satisfaction to the client via ensuring projects are completed within the allocated period of time and within the budget that has been assigned. Job Description • Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. • Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance. • Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements. • Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information. • Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders. • Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals from buyers. • Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes. • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. • Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Key Accountabilities: Follow up material order Monitor progress and incorporate the new information at site Approve of shop drawing & material Issue request for information if required Attend progress meetings Maintain the quality of work with the Quality Control Engineer Follow the programme of work Prepare daily manpower report, activity report and weekly progress report Implement Quality Management System requirements and insure customer satisfaction Maintain Quality Record in orderly and accessible manner Ensure achievement of Quality objective related to his section/ department or unit. Formation of the project team Identification & engagement of resources required for the project team Preparation of Program of Works Managing the Project through the Project/Operational Readiness Review Achievement of the delivery date Responsible for issuance of correct information concerning works progress for monthly payment applications to contracts department and ensure submittal and subsequent payment certification.
