The project aims at giving exquisite lifestyle to its inhabitants. Capital Smart City is approved by RDA (NOC RDA PP NOC NO. The designer of Capital Smart City is a Singaporean-based company Surbana & Jurong along with its member companies. Headquartered in Singapore, SJ is presently one of the largest Asia-based urban, industrial and infrastructure consulting firms, providing one-stop consultancy solutions. -The booking for residential and commercial plots have opened. Residential plots include 5 marla, 10 marlas, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal plots. According to the map, there will be three different sized farmhouses in Capital Smart City. i.e. 5 Kanal, 10 Kanal, and 20 Kanal. The price details of farmhouses have not been released by the developers. -Residential Plots -The total price of 5 marla plot and 10 marla plot are 19 lac 50 thousand and 33 lac 50 thousand respectively. The total price for 1 Kanal 49 lac 75 thousand respectively. The downpayment for the residential plot is 10% of total price. After 30 days of downpayment, a confirmation fee, which is 10% of total price again is to be paid. Quarterly installments are to be paid after 3 months as in the price list attached.
