The condition of the 40GB console is very and 80GB console is also good but i am rating it because it have very minor scratches here and there as all the PS3 fats have because they are old... otherwise in functionality the condition of both the consoles is and its seal is still intact. So dont worry about the repair and all..Its Jailbroken and is on firmware 3.55, you can play backup copies of ps3 games....
