Orignal and sealed set with box,charger and data cable. Original Pics. A white rubber XMART protector comes with it. Pros: 1.ROOTED! all useless ram eating apps removed to free extra ram. 2.Has Go launcher Ex, Htc sense and other apps and games installed. Shown in pic. Cons: 1.Data cable is not original and in bad shape. It charges the phone but cannot transfer data from PC! 2.Power button has been changed and is a little hard to press (button on the back cover,the set has never been opened and still has manufacturer's seal).Shown in pic. 3.it has 2 barely noticeable scratches (1 beside the charger slot and other beside headphone jack) Condition: 8/10 - No Warranty
