Description: The AT24C01A/02SC/04SC/08SC/16SC provide bits of serial, electrically-erasable, and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) organized as words of 8 bits each. The devices are optimized for use in smart card applications where low-power and low-voltage operation may be essential.
