PPC and Logo Sales Closer (Bachelors) E-Nexus Solutions is looking PPC Sales Closer. • Generate new mobile app white labeling sales through selective customer targeting. • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific mobile application feature and functional solutions. • Provide prospects with product and technical information in a timely manner. • Recommend alternate digital products based on budget, availability or required specifications. • Present price and terms in accordance with standard procedures. • Accurately and proactively process each stage of the customer transaction (pitch, feedback, quote, and contract). Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses. • Proactively recommend features and functions needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales. • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction. • Maintain customer relationship following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints. • Fill requests for information, literature or samples. • Setup and maintain customer files. • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction. • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the internal digital production team. • Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software. • Follow company policies and procedures. • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Specifications: • 2 plus years of experience of sales in the Mobile App Development industry. • Experience with mobile applications solutions, software Development Life Cycle. • Extensive experience in all aspects of selling cycle. • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
