Company Name: Pak Project Experience: 3-5 years Willing to Relocate?: Yes We are seeking a skilled PHP/MySQL Website Developer who is able to lead and manage a team of developers and online marketing professionals. This is a full time position to start immediately. The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time in development, working on website/online projects for customers. The other 50% of their time will be spent managing a team of developers to ensure that those developers are delivering projects on time to an industry standard of quality and resolving any project/client issues at a management level. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following "hard" skills: • Excellent PHP and MYSQL skills • Excellent HTML & CSS skills • Good Javascript / JQUERY/ AJAX skills • Good "front-end" website design skills • Experience with in depth PHP/MYSQL systems • Prior experience with platforms such as wordpress, Joomla, drupal etc... • Prior experience with complex PHP/MYSQL systems You must possess the following "soft" skills: • Experience in the website/online industry • Understanding the important concerns of online system projects • Ability to communicate with and manage client's projects • Ability to be self directed and organized, working to project deadlines • Prior experience working in a team and/or managing or coaching a team of people to get productivity from that team • Ability to manage people • Ability to work to deadlines • Ability to problem solve and excellent decision making skills • Ability to resolve conflicts The following skills are advantageous: • MYOB to PHP integration • ASP programming with SQL • Knowledge of third party applications, programs and frameworks • Work experience within a website company • Prior experience with Object Oriented PHP Programming and PHP Classes • Prior experience with frameworks, such as Zend, Codeignitor, Yii Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skill level.
