Job Description · Extensive experience in CCVP· Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Cisco Call Manager. · Administration of Cisco VoIP devices IP Phones, Call Manager (3.x, 4.x, and 6.x), Gateways and Gatekeepers. · Troubleshooting and Maintenance of IPSLA Routers and Voice Gateways.. · To Implement CISCO Call Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Switches. · Maintenance of WAN Network for customers ensuring proper QOS settings for voice and video. · Experience in LAN/WAN Networking, specifically on Cisco Platform, and to some extent in Extreme LAN technology. · Design expertise in VoIP networks Cisco, Avaya, Nortel Passport and IP Unity. · Design/Implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communication · Coordinating and with different Service Providers like for WAN connectivity. · Coordinating with Cisco TAC for escalated issue and performing troubleshooting with TAC engineers. · Responsible for Uptime on Infrastructure side. · Backup and Restore Operations. · Installation & Configuration of CCM servers & Voice Gateways (3845) · Configuring call control protocols on Voice Gateways H.323, MGCP and SIP. · Maintain Established SLA's with customer and client. · Responsible for maintaining all the SLA's with operations. · Design and implementation of IVR scripts based on the business unit requirement · Must have strong working experience with signaling protocols, Routing & Switching fundamentals. · Cisco TelePresence Infrastructure devices, Cisco TelePresence Multipoint Switch and Cisco TelePresence Server.· Understand the Market Level Requirements.· Produce high level design options to meet market level requirements Options to include: Ø Possibility to add new components to existing network infrastructureØ Re-using existing network infrastructureØ Innovative ways like splitting business needs into incremental changes to existing systems With relevant Pros and Cons keeping in mind the importance of having good network · Very strong strategic, analytical, and communications skills.· Self-starter, who can drive activities assigned with minimum assistance.· Expertise with video (H.264, H.263, H.239, BFCP), VOIP (SIP,SIP-I, SIP-T, H.323), IP Telephony concepts· Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco TelePresence Manager, Cisco SBCs· Knowledge of traffic management and optimization - traffic shaping, classification, policing, queuing, scheduling· Experience with network management, performance measurement, fault management and access security.· Basic understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VSRP, etc.) to be used in project implementations· Basic knowledge of Layer 2 network design and standards, including Ethernet WAN technologies· Basic understanding of NAT/FW traversal/Load Balancing needs · Basic understanding of MPLS· Strong willingness to learn concepts outside area of expertise (e.g. Network Routing/Switching/Security) Desired skills Ø CCNA, CCDA, CCVP CCNP, CCSPØ Hand on Protocol SIP,H323,CUCMØ Carrier and enterprise network architecture, implementations, testing and integration.Ø Includes large-scale VoIP and video networks.
