Contribute inthe system development and integration of software within and across teamsto ensure quality development of the solutions. Working with Management and Development teams for planning and execution of Software development activities. Understand business requirements and contribute in identifying and implementing best suitable technical solutions. Hands on development as and when required. Produce and maintain design documents and other technical documents. Utilize innovative approaches to solve complex technical problems and apply advanced technical principles, theories and concepts to develop products. Provide technical trainings and mentoring of development teams when and where required. Interact with Customers in terms of giving them understanding of applications architecture and design. Helps in improvement of applications architecture and design. Required Skills: Strong skills in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming (OOA, OOD and OOP). Expert Level Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET & AJAX. Must have working experience in Dot Net Framework 3.5 and later. Must have worked in Web Services/WCF /Windows Services. Strong skills in Database Programming (Stored Procedures, T-SQL, Indexes) with MS SQLServer 2005 / 2008 or later. Sound knowledge of XML related technologies Like XSD, XML, XPath. Working experience on JavaScript, Jquery, Html, CSS. Strong people skills, ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people and gain consensus. Must have strong Analytical, Communication & Leadership skills. Strong technical skills, first-hand knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle.
