SALES RESEARCH EXECUTIVE (E-COMMERCE) IN KARACHI

Job Description: DT Solutions, a US based E-Commerce business company is looking for an experienced Sales & Research Executive (E-Commerce) for its web orders processing, product purchasing and product research & analysis. The candidate must have at least a Bachelorâ??s degree from an accredited college or university and having 2 plus years of professional experience related to online web sales and research. The candidate must dealing with the following responsibilities and having the following listed functional skill sets: Responsibilities: â?¢ Coordinate with sales manager regarding daily order reports, individual sale, and customer corresponding â?¢ Process web orders through CRM â?¢ Provide support to remote sales office staff where necessary â?¢ Effectively and appropriately interact and communicate with the warehouse â?¢ Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation â?¢ Follow through on customer disputes until resolved â?¢ Regularly reviews and reconciles reports to identify potential customer issues. â?¢ Responding to customer emails in a high volume environment â?¢ Creating sales is an additional advantage Functional Skills: â?¢ Highly Detailed Oriented and having Strong organization skills â?¢ Ability to work in a team environment â?¢ Excellent use of internet and searching skills (Internet based research) â?¢ Excellent knowledge of MS Office specially MS Excel â?¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English â?¢ Strong Email drafting skills â?¢ Self-learner and self-starter â?¢ Utilize time effectively and efficiently QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Must be a Graduate (Preferred: BS, BCS, IT Graduate) from an accredited college or university One plus years of experience is preferred (Fresh candidates will also encouraged to apply for this position) NOTE: The job is permanently in Night Shift and the candidate will must work in US timings.
