Detailed load planning rounds out this training for the person who must ensure that all aspects of the rigging job are properly assessed and that safety is assured. Before being allowed to undertake any form of rigging work, from working with hoists through to gin poles and shear legs, you need to have both a rigging license (either from a Certificate III in Rigging or a certificate of attainment from a Registered Training Organization (RTO). As part of undergoing a rigging course, you will also receive a High Risk Work (HRW) License, which is also a requirement to have before working on potentially dangerous worksites. It should also be noted that if you are managing a construction or worksite, you are also responsible for ensuring that all the workers have had adequate training, instruction, and information to correctly undertake rigging work. There is a low I beam and catenary to practice walking on beams at low level before at height, various sized I beams at height with catenaries as used in many arena roofs.
