Stock handling – You will be required to manage the stock and be fully responsible for the following: *Checking the items for any damages and shelfing them after the consignment is received. *Ensuring the correct labeling of the items and maintaining proper records in the system to maintain a stable stock management system. *Neatly packaging items and double-checking for any damages before dropping them off for shipment. *Data entry related tasks 1) When a consignment is received 2) When shipping them off 3) generating reports on weekly and monthly basis [Training will be provided to use the application for data entry] 2. Sales & Marketing – You should be techno savvy and be extremely good with the use of Social media such as: Facebook, Instagram and also have some basic understanding of Photoshop as you will be required to create basic promos of the items in subject. *Means of communication with the customers would be through Calls, text Messaging, WhatsApp and/or any other IM app, you should be broad minded and easy going with customers or potential customers. *You must have a persuasive persnality trait to boost sales through intelligent marketing and communication with potential customers. *You must be emotionally intelligent to ensure customers maintain a long-term relationship with the company to trigger future purchases. *You must be creative and think out of the box, this is ladies fashion related for the start-up, so must understand purchasing habits of women to present the items to them through the best possible channel and message.
