Rent: Seller Type: An Individual Bedrooms: 3 Bathrooms: 3 Total Area: 300 Furnished: Not Furnished Broker Fees: No Pets: No An 8-Marla double-storey Safari Home in Phase 8 of Bahria Town Rawalpindi will be up for rent by the first week of October. Actually I'm the tenant vacating it after 2.5 years of awesome living (I've to move out of Rawalpindi, unfortunately, because of my job) but my landlord is such a great guy, I promised him I'll find him the right people to move in after I leave. So, I have firsthand info if the house. The house has: - 3 big bedrooms with attached baths - dining/ lounge - a seperate drawing room, and of course the kitchen - a second spacious lounge upstairs - laundry space with water taps and a geyser - a balcony and a covered terrace upstairs - a store on the ground floor There is wiring for split ACs in every room, so you don't have to drill holes to install them. I removed the tubelights in one room and kitchen and installed energy saver bulbs because they caught fire. The neighbors, including a retired foreign serive officer, a retired bank VP and many aspiring young, educated couples with small kids, are fun people to hang out with. It's kids-friendly and everyone watches over the kids playing on the street. Two mini parks are in the immediate vicinity while the water filteration plant is also very close by. The main market, a five-minutes walk away has all the necessities available. A beautiful mosque is right besides the market. Main double road is maybe 3 minutes walk away and has two ATM machines and an awesome gym for ladies and gents (facebook: Fitness Quest). Two more ATMs are further down the road at the Bahria Town's main office. Phase 8 hospital, a state-of-the-art medical facility, is 3-minutes drive away and you can also call an ambulance if needed, God forbid. Bahria's excellent maintenance crew is a phone call away and is usually at your doorstep within an hour. Bahria's security has now a legendary status. You would wish the entire nation's security is like that. Phase 8 roads are so nice and so long stretched, and so beautiful and scenic, they're a paradise, both for a lazy walk and a lazy drive:-) and if you are a fit, aspiring sprinter, go ahead, knock yourself out! For rent, the priority is WHO is renting rather than HOW MUCH is he/she renting for. So, we're looking for a family, who could take care of the house like they're the owners and make a positive impact on the community. Thanks. Call me at: .
