How to use the White Light system Using White Light is easy. Simply brush your teeth, then apply whitening gel to the dental tray. Place the tray against your teeth, then position the light transmitter into your mouth. Switch on and use for 10 minutes. The light transmitter will switch off after 10 minutes, indicating that the session is complete. For additional whitening, simply press the button again for another 10 minute cycle. You may repeat the cycle up to 3 times for a total of 30 minutes per session to maximize results. Repeat sessions daily for best results. The dental tray may be separated, should you only wish to use it on upper or lower teeth rather than on both at once. The light transmitter uses 2 x CR2032 lithium button cell batteries (included).
