Job Description: Project Development Manager MBA Marketing & minimum 5 years post qualification working experience at similar level position with reputable and progressive development organization Developing the marketing strategy and Plan. Organizing, executing, evaluating and reporting on market campaigns for Fund Raising Developing the marketing strategy for the organization in line with organization objectives. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. Supervising and developing teamwork through exemplary leadership Implementing marketing plans, suggesting improvement and monitoring its implementation at the project. To secure the interests of the organization at every step & stage. Any other related duties assigned by the Management Skills Required: Duties include, but are not limited to, client communication, independent correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail/faxes/sms, filing, drafting letters/forms, and more. Excellent communication skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office and net applications including Social Media etc., attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask. Solid experience with all customer dealing, communication, leadership and time management skills. Candidates should enjoy working independently or with a team. Result Oriented. Be able to work independently ability to take initiatives Strong analytical and project management skills. Confident and dynamic personality.
