Polk Audio SL5501 Soft Dome Tweeter

Sold as a pair for one price, the Polk SL5501 is a fine tweeter that was used in the RT Series of Polk Audio Speaker. (Specifically the RT5, RT10 and RT12)

It features an enclosed back to isolate the tweeter from the other speakers improving fidelity. With Power handling ability of 45 watts RMS, the SL5501 has an output performance of 90 db 1w/1m SPL, with a frequency range from 2500 Hz. to 25 kHz. put it all together, and you have a very nice high end tweeter.

Polk Audio's SL5501 fits into a 3" mounting hole.

The face is 3.750" in dia. with three .140" mounting screws.

Mounting screws are spaced at 2.625" on center to each other ( triangular mounting ), or 3.300" on the radius.
