We are at the final stage of completing a web platform for ordering takeaway food from listed restaurants and takeaways. Our site is www.hygradeinternational.com and our Facebook page is; www.facebook.com/hygradeintl

However, I am not happy with current visual design and I require a fresh set of eyes to create a design which is; clean, fresh and warm instantly captivates the eyes of the user. The design should crisp, with visual layout and appropriate icons to make it seamless and easy to use.
The design work will cover the following areas;
>Front end (Home page and main sub pages)
>Customer Account pages
>Vendor Account Pages
>Admin Pages
The time to compete and deliver the work in all appropriate formats will be 1 week.
I will be able to share the existing site design on beta version, but I will need all candidates to sign an NDA.

- Translate business and user requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts
- Conceptualize, design, and develop the User Interface/User Experience as well as the overall look and feel of web pages
- Communicate design strategy and rationale to our team, including product managers and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing and product team in the production of captivating brand messages
- Create designs including sketches, visual design mockups, visual assets and documentation required for proper implementation
- Incorporate user interface design standards across the website, as needed
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work quickly without sacrificing quality
Your qualifications:
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates beautiful interactive experiences and innovative design
- Ability to work with constructive criticism as well as adhere to deadlines
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
