E-Nexus Solutions is looking for I.T. Executive (Elastix Administrator and I.T. Support Engineer) Job Description: • Maintenance and support of High Availability Systems • Monitoring WAN and LAN Networks to ensure smooth connectivity • Keeping Track of Services running on different servers and generation of regular reports • First Line of Technical Support for the Services Provided • Identification, Troubleshooting and Rectification of Issues • Ensure timely executing of Back-ups and Restoration Policies • Review, propose and implement improvements to overall Systems • Ensure Compliance of Escalation Procedures and SLAs • Coordination with Internal and External Technical Team members for resolution of issues Skills Required: - year Post-graduation experience in IT Systems (serves & PCs) support and administration including hardware, software & applications - Strong troubleshooting skills for Red Hat Linux ™ and Window Operating Systems - Command on Computer Networks, IP addresses and basic Knowledge about CISCO Routers & Switches - Good operational knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point - Proven track record of exhibiting fast learning curve for new software technologies - Strong communication skills in English written, oral and presentation Address: IBRAHIM TRADE TOWER, Suite # 106 1st Floor.
