We are a Call Center based in Lahore and looking for Male & Female full time Customer Service Agents for Inbound Customer Service, this does NOT involve selling or telemarketing. only customer service. You will be providing Phone and Email/Chat based Support to United Kingdom customers and duties include • Answering phone calls professionally • Answering emails and chats as needed • Resolve customer issues and answer general inquiries • Do other administrative work as needed • Candidate must be Vibrant / Energetic /Enthusiastic • Strong verbal and written communication skills VERY IMPORTANT to have fluent English speaking and neutral or little accent.
