Type of Job: Full Time Experience: 1-3 years Salary: We are seeking an experienced FEMALE Sales Representative to join our vibrant team, representing our products in Lahore. She will be responsible to develop new business across our three verticals; Bed and Bath Linen; Bathroom Amenities and Guest Room Accessories. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to understand client requirements, put together a successful quote either from our stock collections or a Bespoke range and finally singing of the contract. She will service existing clients and try to up sell to them as well target new business. A sound understanding of margin and revenue is critical. Remuneration is as follows: 1) Basic Salary PK. to ) Monthly Commission 3) Quarterly Bonus 4) Annual Bonus Desired Skills and Experience Effective & varied sales techniques as rarely two sales are the same. Sales people are generally born, not taught! Time management. This is an essential quality to ensure that your work is efficient and effective. Ability to negotiate effectively ensuring a minimum GP and ROI are implemented in every contract. Ability to create proposals for new sales leads. Organisation and ability to prioritize job tasks and functions. Management of clients’ expectations and the fulfillment of the high standard of service. Ability to report and record data and information regularly. Proficient use of MS Office is essential for all client data management. Development and on-going management of a sales database to maintain job efficiency and customer service. Willingness to learn and a passion to develop the business. A friendly manner but a strategic mind when dealing with new and current UPI clients. Cold calling to new clients from a pre-developed database.
