My blackberry has English keyboard not the mixture of English and Arabic keyboard. Phone region is North American not Middle East. Remember the Middle East phone version with Arabic keyboard doesn't support the Blackberry services in Pakistan. And Middle East phone version with Arabic keyboard is to cheap in the market.
