34. Mobile Apps Sales Executive E-Nexus Solutions is looking for Mobie Apps Sales Executive. Generate new mobile app white labeling sales through selective customer targeting. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific mobile application feature and functional solutions. Provide prospects with product and technical information in a timely manner. Recommend alternate digital products based on budget, availability or required specifications. Present price and terms in accordance with standard procedures. Accurately and proactively process each stage of the customer transaction (pitch, feedback, quote, and contract). Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses. Proactively recommend features and functions needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales. Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain customer relationship following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints. Fill requests for information, literature or samples. Setup and maintain customer files. Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the internal digital production team. Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software. Follow company policies and procedures. Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
