A1 GERMAN LANGUAGE SPOUSE VISA IN LAHORE

The Home Office asks that those applying for a 'family of a settled person' visa (often previously referred to as a 'spouse' or 'partner' visa) can demonstrate that they have at least an A1 level of,German as measured by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
As per new German immigration laws, any migrant applying to enter the German or applying to remain in the German as the partner of a British/German citizen will need to show that they can speak and understand German Language. For this purpose, all candidates must have to appear in level A1 German language test authorized by German Home Office. The minimum standard that applicants will need to meet is in speaking and listening at level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference. Migrant spouses and partners will have to demonstrate German language ability at A1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference (speaking and listening).
Applicants will be required to provide evidence with their application that they have passed an acceptable German test with one of the German Border Agency's approved test providers
